Individual Immigration Help

Our immigration lawyers have many years of experience providing immigration advice to a variety of clients on a variety of different areas. Whatever your immigration query, whether you are wanting to apply for a spouse visa UK, are a EEA citizen, want to apply for citizenship, we are here to help you from the very beginning to the very end.

Our Leeds based advisors will make the whole visa process much less stressful by holding your hand throughout the process. We have taken the time to detail an account of the general process in which we help our clients.

1. Free Consultation

In many situations, we are able to answer your question straight away. In other situations, it may take more than a few minutes to get to the heart of your question. Importantly, this initial session of free advice is given with no obligation to engage us as your immigration advisors.

2. Application form completion

The next step is that we will complete the relevant Home Office forms for you. Unfortunately for many people, these forms appear confusing, which is the result of the Home Office using unnecessarily complicated words. Errors in these forms sadly results in many visa refusals each and every year.

If you engage us, however, we will send you a simple questionnaire for you to complete. This questionnaire will give us all the information we need to complete the visa forms for you.

3. Supporting evidence gathering help

We will give you a clear list of the different documents that will need to be submitted along with the application. Instead of having to familiarise yourself with the incredibly wordy Immigration Rules, we will provide clear guidance on the different rules that applies to each of the different pieces of evidence you submit.

4. Application pack completion

Once we have received the simple questionnaire from you and have collected the documents, we will then build the application pack and write a legal covering letter, which will then be double-checked by another member of staff.

5. Application pack submission

Our Leeds immigration lawyers will then help you complete the other formalities that is required to send the application, whether it is the Immigration Health Surcharge or something else.

Once your visa has been granted, we will let you know swiftly.

Dear Mr Chen,

Thank you for your email.

We have received your email regarding your current immigration status, you mentioned your wife is a Tier 2 Visa holder and her visa is about to due in April 2018. We are registered by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). We are authorised to provide immigration advice and services at Level 1 in the categories of Asylum & Protection and Immigration. Our registration number is 201700014. As we are not recruitment agent and we do not offer job opportunity, however, as you mentioned you hold a substantial amount of funds and your wife may be eligible to switch her current Tier 2 visa to Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Visa as long as she meet the requirements accordingly.

You can apply for a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa if you have access to £200,000 in investment funds and you can prove that the money is either: your own made available to you by other people (‘third parties’), such as a spouse, partner or investor in a joint account with your spouse or partner but only if they aren’t applying for a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa The funds must be held in the UK if you’re applying for leave to remain.

We are pleased to offer an extensive range of services if you want to stay in the UK. We recognise that you will need assistance on Tier 1 Entrepreneur business strategy, you are welcome to discuss further if you are planning to go through this route.

An essential part of a successful move is integrating into the local community, we will play an important role in helping you settle in to your new home. We offer business guidance and provide you with information about the various options available to you, we will not recommend any particular option over another. We will list the pros and cons with all options available to you upon your specific instructions and open to you making your own decision.

As a profit making organisation, we charge a fee of £250 on Initial Consultation to review your case. I hope the information above would give you a brief idea and if you need further assistance on your immigration matter, please feel free to contact me to arrange an appointment.

Dear Sir or Madam, Me (EU citizen) and my girlfriend (South Africa citizen) came to the conclusion to seek the help from a lawyer to help us to conclude UK citizenship case of my girlfriend. The UK Citizenship applicant is my girlfriend Lisa, the South African citizen. She was born in South Africa 1994 to married couple - the South African mother and father who is both UK and South African citizen. Father was born in UK to UK parents in 1968. - May 2017 Elisa submitted citizenship application along with relevant documents and fees in UK embassy in Cape Town, SA. - After 3 months of waiting for mail notice in vain she visited mentioned embassy where she was told the application is declined. - right after she applied for ancestry visa since grand parents are UK citizens (still living in UK) - today 2,5 months later, no notification by mail has arrived After endless visits to UK embassy and listening trivial excuses (like for instance "computer mistake", "technical error", etc.) we concluded something is wrong. It is not normal not receiving any mail or notice and also not normal that embassy can not find records from my previous duly submitted applications. To avoid any further frustration of being separated, we are even willing to move temporarily to Ireland as it is part of EU and I am EU national and to be nearer to UK - able to solve the citizenship case, since Lisa has visa-free entry into Ireland as SA citizen. Questions: 1. If according to above information and based upon your knowledge of UK laws Elisa has legal right to become UK citizen, could you help us to obtain it and work on our case? 2. How much would it cost? 3. Is Lisa as SA citizen entitled to apply for services at UK embassy sited outside South Africa (like Dublin UK Embassy)? Looking forward to hear from you. Kind regards,

Dear Andy,

Thank you for your enquiry.

As a registered for profit OISC organisation, we charge you a fee for providing immigration advice and services; the cost of having reviewed your case and making the application in total will be £850. This fee includes your initial consultation. The fee also includes making representations to the Home Office, informing you of any developments as and when they arise and submission of all necessary documentation. There will not be VAT charged. However, you will be responsible for all Home Office application fees and disbursements.

In order to determine if Elisa is a British Citizen, we need to know if Elisa’s parents were a British citizen otherwise than by descent.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need further assistance on Elisa’s immigration issue.
